Why trust the Graffiti Eaters?
As a dedicated graffiti removal expert, we understand what can happen when graffiti removal is conducted poorly.
Brick and concrete walls can be easily damaged through incorrect chemical selection and harsh pressure cleaning techniques. These surfaces may appear to be hard, however, they can be easily damaged which can lead to salt deposits, rising damp, premature brick crumbling and in extreme cases, structural failure.
Graffiti removal can be a dangerous activity. Cleaning up train tracks, train tunnels or high bridges can pose danger to the local community and passers-by. We understand those dangers. That's why we use advanced technologies to ensure that graffiti is completely removed in full compliance with current OH&S, International Quality (ISO) and Environmental Management Standards.
Before each job commences, you will receive a risk report outlining all hazards and the controls put in place. We apply for permits where necessary and abide by local government regulations. All work is covered by a $20 million dollar public liability insurance policy.
We are regularly reviewed by third-party auditors to ensure that we meet the following ISO standards:
- Quality Management - ISO 9001
- OH&S Management - AS/NZS 4801
- Environmental Management - ISO 14001
- Risk Management – ISO 31000
We understand that a major concern when removing graffiti or performing other works on public land is for the safety of the community. We are trained traffic and pedestrian management and carry the necessary equipment to perform this role. Our technicians are happy to perform work outside of peak hours to ensure minimal disruption to the public.
Our employees have undergone pre-employment screening including the necessary Police Checks and Working with Children Check (WWC check).
We also use absorbent booms and wet vacuums to contain the runoff and keep public areas clean.
