"I am writing to you on behalf of the Parks Wide and Infrastructure teams of the City of Whitehorse regarding the Graffiti Eaters.

The former Cities of Box Hill and Nunawading and now the City of Whitehorse have had a working relationship with Graffiti Eaters for 5 years. The City of Whitehorse as many other Councils have to deal with graffiti problems. To help combat this problem we employ Graffiti Eaters.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with many levels of the "Team" and have found them to be most helpful and professional at all times. The City of Whitehorse has some very high profile areas that the "Team" at Graffiti Eaters treat as sensitive and are more than sympathetic to our needs for prompt action.

Earlier this year I requested a quotation for what I believe to be a very difficult job at Yarran Dheran, one of our bushland parks. A representative met me on site and I raised my concerns and the possible problems with the work due to terrain and access. I was offered solutions to my concerns and ways to combat the access problems. They put in the quotation, which was the lowest and in turn received the quoted work. When they completed the job I was then informed it did not take as long as expected and they had reduced the price. I believe this example shows many of the qualities of the Team at Graffiti Eaters , including reliability, innovation, honesty and integrity.

Many months of investigation and trials were conducted with numerous graffiti coatings before your product Graffiti Eaters Enviroshield F was selected to protect the entire complex up to a height of three metres.

Your product was selected due to its low gross level, quality certification to ISO 9002, safety in application, ease of graffiti removal, cost effectiveness and compatibility with the long life product Graffiti Eaters Enviroshield G if future attack proves to be extensive.

Your applicators were very particular in their application of the product to ensure the walls were clean and that the atmospheric conditions were favourable on the days sprayed. Your product successfully met our objective of not altering the architectural appearance of the building. At times we even had trouble detecting where the product was and wasn't applied!

The site was hit with graffiti during the construction period and as guaranteed by your company the graffiti was easily removed with minimal effort.

"I am writing to commend the courtesy and attention I received from Maureen, Jill and Alex.

1 rang Maureen at 4.50pm on Friday, 01 September 2006, requesting a quotation to clean my pavers. Maureen was most helpful and transferred me to Jill who was also most helpful, advising that one of your specialists would contact me the following Monday, would come to my home to give me a quotation and to 'walk me through' the process.

Alex left a message on my answering machine at 7.45am the following Monday, rang me later in the day to arrange a time to see the pavers needing to be cleaned, made sure I understood the process, tried out two areas to ensure his high pressure method would provide satisfactory results, and gave me a quotation on the spot.

Alex rang the following morning saying, because it was raining he would be unable to complete his outdoor painting jobs, he could come to me for three hours that afternoon. He arrived when he said he would, listened to my requirements, moved potted plants and went to work enthusiastically.

Alex wasted no time, was unfailingly courteous, obviously enjoyed his work, and left my pavers superbly cleaned - nearly as good as newly laid. He cleaned the walls and fences, packed up his gear, arranged with one neighbour to clean her pavers and left a card which I have given the mother of another neighbour who was interested in having her pavers cleaned too.

Alex is an excellent ambassador for your company.

Please pass on my commendation to him and to Maureen and Jill, and please thank Mr/Ms Holmes for a prompt written quote and acknowledgement of my received payment.

"The Eltham Chamber of Commerce and Industry has employed The Graffiti Eaters to clean graffiti from the Eltham Township since 2007.

Since undertaking the initial clean-up, The Graffiti Eaters have undertaken regular maintenance as well as attending promptly to the occasional severe attack.

The result has been very satisfactory with public complaints about graffiti in the township now almost unheard of.
